Sabine is in the basement of The Greenwich House where engineered wood flooring will be installed. This is made possible by the basement waterproofing system (from American Dry Basement Solutions) that was installed earlier in the project. The engineered wood flooring was made by the same supplier (Hull Forest Products) and features the same material used throughout the rest of the house. It also features a 4mm wear layer that will allow the homeowner to easily refinish the floors over time as finish trends change.
